What is the difference between Raw Hair and Virgin Brazilian Hair?

Raw Hair

  • 100% natural human hair collected from a single or double donor

  • No chemical processing

  • Cuticles remain aligned in the same direction

  • Typically thicker, more textured, and more durable

  • Can last 5-8 years with proper care

Virgin Brazilian Hair

  • Also 100% human hair

  • May come from multiple donors

  • Lightly processed for uniform texture

  • Usually smoother and more consistent in pattern

  • Can last 1–2 years with proper care

Both options can be styled, colored, and heat-treated, but raw hair generally has a longer lifespan.Raw bundles may only lift a couple of levels up.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 2-5  business days. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and carrier.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Can I return my hair?

Due to the hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or refunds on opened, used, worn, or altered hair products, including wigs and bundles.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged, broken, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 business days of delivery with your order number and photo/video proof.

Can I color or bleach the hair?

Yes. Our hair is 100% human hair and can be dyed or bleached by a professional stylist. We recommend having coloring done by a professional to maintain hair quality. Raw bundles may only lift a few levels.

How long will the hair last?

With proper care:

  • Raw Hair: 3-7 years

  • Virgin Brazilian Hair: 1–2 years

Longevity depends on maintenance, styling habits, and care routines.

How many bundles do I need?

Recommended bundles:

  • 12”–16” → 2–3 bundles

  • 18”–22” → 3 bundles

  • 24”–30” → 4+ bundles for a fuller look

  • 4 bundles on all hair will give a fuller look, keep in mind longer bundles have shorter welfs for 4 bundles are ideal for thicker looks..

How do I maintain my hair?

To keep your hair looking its best:

  • Wash with sulfate-free shampoo

  • Deep condition regularly

  • Avoid excessive heat

  • Wrap or bonnet hair at night

  • Use heat protectant when styling
